Who we are

AegisIQ Insights (aegisiqinsight.com) is operated by AegisIQ Limited (“AegisIQ,” “we,” “us”). It publishes research and educational analyses and serves as the publishing infrastructure for content appearing under aegisiqequity.ai/insights. Questions about this policy: finance@aegisiqfintech.com.

Information we collect

Information you provide. If you contact us or request a demo, we collect the details you submit (such as name, email, company, and your message) together with the page and campaign that referred you.

Information collected automatically. Standard server logs (IP address, user agent, pages requested, timestamps) via our hosting provider, used for security and site operation. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.

Publicly available professional content. Our research method analyzes publicly available professional posts (for example, public LinkedIn posts). Where an analysis draws on such a post, we retain the author’s name, a link to the original post, the retrieval date, and a limited excerpt for provenance. Credit is attribution only and does not imply the author’s endorsement, approval, or review. If you are credited and would like a correction or removal of an excerpt, contact us and we will respond promptly.

Operator account tokens. When AegisIQ connects its own social accounts for publishing, access tokens are stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM) and used solely to publish AegisIQ’s own content. We do not access visitors’ social accounts.

How we use information

To operate and secure the site; to respond to inquiries and demo requests; to measure which analyses are read and which lead to inquiries (aggregate, publication-level measurement); to maintain the provenance and audit trail of published research; and to comply with law.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share information with service providers that host and operate this site — including Netlify (hosting and serverless functions), Neon (database), and, for inquiries and demo requests, HubSpot (customer relationship management) — under agreements limiting their use to providing services to us. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights.

Cookies

The site uses only the cookies necessary for operation. We do not use advertising cookies.

Retention & security

Inquiry records are retained while relevant to the relationship; research provenance records are retained as part of our editorial audit trail. Credentials are encrypted at rest; access is restricted to AegisIQ operators.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing finance@aegisiqfintech.com. We honor applicable data-protection rights, including those under state privacy laws and, where applicable, the GDPR.

Changes

We will post any changes to this policy on this page with an updated effective date.
